Cakes of DistinctionStep into Life Fitness.

An outdoor exercise program run by a qualified personal trainer can actually make getting fitter and losing weight a lot of fun.

The Step Into Life group training program is designed that way. Its outdoor fitness program offers an attractive alternative to a sterile gymnasium environment that some find boring or intimidating. Step Into Life offers a simple but effective strategy that helps participants reach their goals. Here’s how it works. Participants sign up for a three-month exercise program tailored to individual needs. The desired results should follow for committed members. A minimum of two sessions each week costs a total of $30. For three sessions a week, the total cost is $42. Members choose training sessions at a time that suits them – 6am, mid-morning and 6.30 pm. Step into Life offers exercise programs across Australia, but the Heidelberg franchise is owned and operated by Natalie Vulich (pictured), who holds her classes in the spacious and picturesque Heidelberg Park, located off Beverley Road. Sessions include cardiovascular training, toning, fitball, power flex, rubberised resistance, boot camp and kickboxing. (For more detailed information on each exercise category, visit the stepintolife website).. Read more...
