Greetings everyone,

Looking back on the last year, we achieved many of our goals. Despite some considerable efforts, I would have preferred however to have done more to help our clients via networking. My New Year resolution is to get around to every client, at no cost to clients, and spend some time to understand your business. If we can help by introducing you to other parties/clients that could be a good mix, we will with your consent of course. Everyone can use more clients/customers so if our efforts can help its more strength to you. If we can see ways to reduce your costs, we will explore it with you. We will also continue to review our services to you and make sure you are getting what you want and need as part of a regular review.

We have grown strongly over the last year and a half, and we believe there are often many ways we can help you improve your businesses, which in turn builds a stronger relationship. We strongly believe in the expression" givers gain". If we can help your business grow, we will.

Thank you all for your support this last year, and we wish you a Merry Christmas, and many positive returns for the new year.

Leave buffer space between appointments

It's important to allow buffer time between the appointments that you have. If we've learned anything from the last ten years of our technology-oriented society, it''s to expect the unexpected. There are always going to be interruptions to your schedule-the emergency phone call, the unexpected coworker, the child at school who is
suddenly ill.

There is always going to be someone who is calling and asking for something. If we do not create space in our schedule to deal with these interruptions, we will instead be constantly switchtasking, alternating back and forth between tasks, rather than giving each task the full attention it deserves.
